By accessing this website, purchasing any offering, or participating in any program, service, or membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our offerings.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Brightside Media Group LLC, including but not limited to:
IG Growth Club (membership)
Digital products (including The Reel Deal)
One-on-one coaching and multi-session coaching packages
Live calls, replays, masterclasses, prompts, and educational resources
Any future products, services, or programs
Offer-specific details shared on sales pages, checkout pages, or within the membership are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility & Lawful Use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in any offering. By purchasing, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree not to use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
3. Educational Nature of Content
All products, programs, and services provided by the Company are educational and informational in nature.
Coaching and guidance do not constitute legal, financial, medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or treatment of any kind. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
4. Payments, Billing & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method.
Prices may change at any time. We do not offer price protection or refunds for promotional pricing introduced after your purchase.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are provided as a convenience and do not constitute a subscription. You are responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation, usage, or results.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and experiential nature of our offerings, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
No refunds are provided for:
Digital products
Memberships
Coaching services
Missed, unused, or forfeited sessions
6. Coaching Services & Session Scheduling
Certain offerings include one-on-one coaching services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, multi-session coaching packages must be completed within three (3) months of the date of the first scheduled session.
Sessions are intended to be scheduled approximately two weeks apart to support momentum, consistency, and effective implementation.
Any unused sessions remaining after the three-month period are forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or rescheduled beyond this timeframe.
Extensions may be requested prior to expiration and are granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
7. Membership Terms (IG Growth Club)
Access & Billing
Membership access is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the designated cancellation process.
Cancellation requests are processed within 48 business hours. Access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time.
Membership Content & Resources
Membership access includes live calls, replays, recorded masterclasses, prompts, and other educational resources made available during the active membership period.
The specific content, recordings, formats, and resources included in the membership may be updated, replaced, reorganized, or removed at any time as the membership evolves. Access to any specific piece of content is not guaranteed for any specific length of time.
Community Conduct
IG Growth Club is intended to be a respectful, supportive learning environment.
We reserve the right to remove any member, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or negatively impacts the community experience, as determined at our sole discretion. Removal for conduct does not release the member from any outstanding payment obligations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, downloads, text, graphics, recordings, and branding are the intellectual property of Brightside Media Group LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
9. No Guarantees & Disclaimer of Results
We make no guarantees regarding income, growth, engagement, visibility, or results of any kind.
Your outcomes depend on many factors including effort, consistency, experience, market conditions, and execution. Past results or testimonials do not guarantee future results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightside Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, programs, or services.
All offerings are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
11. Third-Party Platforms & Services
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service issues caused by third-party platforms or services outside our control, including but not limited to payment processors, hosting platforms, social media platforms, or communication tools.
12. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product, service, or membership if we determine that these Terms have been violated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
