To get started, you will export your content performance report from Meta Business Suite. Here's exactly how to do it:

1.     Go to business.facebook.com and log in.

2.     In the left menu, click Insights, then select Content.

3.     At the top of the page, set your date range to the last 90 days.

4.     Make sure the content type filter is set to Posts (not Stories).

5.     Under the Media Type dropdown select Videos.

6.     Under the Filter dropdown select Instagram Feed.

7.     Click the Export Data button (usually in the top right corner of the table).

8.     Download the report as a CSV or Excel file.

9.     Email the file to support@laurellebaxter.com with the subject line: Meta Report – [Your Name] no later than June 30, 2026.

Once I receive your report, I'll get to work on your analysis and have your personalized patterns report delivered to you by July 3, 2026.
